Kittery Point, Maine

This was part of a larger renovation project. The home was built in the 1980ís and had not undergone updating since its construction. After the Deep Freeze of March 2007, there was interior damage to the home resulting from frozen pipes in the 2nd floor bath.

The kitchen makeover included:

Partial replacement of kitchen ceiling (including insulation)

Installation of new recessed lighting

Repainting of kitchen (twice as home owner was tired of the white)

Removal of Pine Flooring

Removal of functional obsolent cubby cabinetry

Installation of Radiant Heat on floor

Installation of new SS Beverage bar with granite countertop

Installation of new 13x13 Terra Cotta Tile (Laid at an angle per home owner request)

The results:A kitchen with a much warmer feel and updated feeling.
