Kittery Point, Maine

This was part of a larger renovation project. The home was built in the 1980ís and had not undergone updating since its construction. After the Deep Freeze of March 2007, there was substantial interior damage to the home resulting from frozen pipes in the 2nd floor bath. While the Den did not receive any damge as a result of the freeze, the home owner needed our assistance to help bring life back to an otherwise dysfunctional room which had not been fully utilized in several years.

The 1st Floor Den underwent a makeover which included:

Repainting of walls in original color (this included repair work to sheet rock as well)

This room was completely cleaned out by our staff with all property boxed up, labeled and moved to storage for homeowner

Oriental Carpets were removed and hand cleaned

Our staff together with the homeowner selected existing artwork and existing furniture to re-decorate with a few additional purchases of lighting.

This makeover speaks for itself.
